The Job Of An Agent (YOU!)

Take Inbound (and sometimes Outbound) calls to assist customers with:

  • Billing Inquiries
  • Orders
  • Locating Products
  • Rescheduling Appointments
  • Navigating Though Clients’ Websites and More
  • Jobs range from $8 to $18 per hour (with some incentives based on performance)
  • Flexible Hours – Set your own schedule each week by selecting the hours YOU want to work (minimum requirements set forth in each job listing)

What you could provide as a Customer Service Professional
  • Answer customer inquiries – clarify information the customer provides as well as locate and provide needed information – this may be over the phone or via email!
  • Provide empathy and support
  • Interact with other departments on behalf of the customer – providing first call resolution is a priority
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities – free upskill courses are provided   **Most projects require a minimum of 15 service hours per week

Hiring Process

An administrative service fee of $50.00 applies each pay period (Only $25.00 per week). This  service fee is charged for the infrastructure that is provided, including the 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk, system scheduling and accounting services entailed with running the day to day business.

Qualifications

What we prefer from our Agents:

  • Agents must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED (some college is a plus but not required)
  • 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience 
  • Effective communication skills are a MUST – these are necessary to provide customer service that is both professional and courteous
  • Ability to learn our organization’s products and services – we allow every opportunity to learn about our products and feel confident when you are speaking to customers!
  • Minimal computer skills, including but not limited to: e-mail systems, internet applications and keyboarding
  • Ability to work in a team environment – Performance facilitators available to provide live support in real time while servicing clients
  • Organizational skills – multi-tasking may be required for certain clients
  • Ability to achieve 100% Commitment Adherence (minimum 90%) – Work the schedule you set for yourself
